The guy on the right is named Domanic. He's from Earth, but has spent most of his recent years on the Mythical Realm. His dragon doesn't have a name yet 
Man, I need to practice drawing dragons more. this one took me 2 hours alone, and it's not even my best
So, something I think I forgot to mention on the Heaven Realm info sheet, is that spirits use energy to boost their senses, and to physically enhance themselves for short periods of time. Those are the basic uses, anyway. In the Mythical Realm, they're used for attacks and such that you see most mythical creatures perform. In both realms, using spiritual energy is like second nature to them.
